Bouncing
People are often holding on to energies that they do not need. The mind-body connection is a two-way street, and you can easily release negative energy by shaking out the body. Begin in a standing position, relatively close to the tree. Start to gently bounce up and down on the balls of the feet. The balls of the feet do not need to lift completely up and off the ground, but they can. It helps to pretend you are jump roping, but there is nothing to hold. Thus, you can — and should — relax the body as much as possible. Your level of relaxation determines your ability to release negative energy. Let go of all stress. Breathe deeply as you continue to bounce.
