Heart Opener

With the gymnastics rings wrapped around the tree, grab ahold of a ring in each hand and begin walking away from the trunk. You should be facing away from the tree, with the arms extended out to the sides. Move very mindfully into this posture, because it can be an extremely deep stretch. When you cannot walk forward any more, pause and root down through the feet. Gently press the heart and the hips forward and take deep belly breaths.
