High Boat Pose

Start in a seated position, facing towards the tree. You may have to play around with the distance between you and the tree, but it should be slightly shorter than a leg’s length away. The closer you get to the trunk, the more challenging the pose becomes. Walk the feet up the tree until the legs are fully extended. Keeping the feet planted and the spine long, lean back with the upper body — decreasing the angle between you and the ground. Extend the arms up over the head, and practice for a couple of breaths.
