Whenever I go walking in Nature, I am always looking for power trees. By power trees, I mean trees with huge electromagnetic fields. This is some of the strongest positive energy you can connect with in life. To find a power tree, look for trees with enormous trunks. This is a sure sign that the tree has an enormous electromagnetic field. Further, remember that the trunk of the tree is the center of the electromagnetic field, so it has the highest concentration of positive energy. Once you have found your power tree, you simply stand next to it and place your hands on the trunk. Take deep conscious breaths. The more relaxed you get, the more positive energy you absorb and the more negative energy you release. In addition to looking for trees with very large trunks, you can also look for trees that are close together. By placing a hand on each of the trees, you can directly connect with multiple power trees simultaneously. Further, you can look for clusters or rings of trees. Stand in the middle of them, and breathe deeply.
