Wrist Circles

Begin an arm’s length away from the trunk, with the side body facing the tree. Plant the inside hand directly on the trunk. Extend the outside arm to the side. Maintain good posture as you make wrist circles with the outside arm. The hand should be open and relaxed. Even though it is a small circle, don’t go fast. Take your time and bring as much awareness as possible to the wrist joint. Breathe deeply as you practice in both directions, and on both sides. You can also practice this move with the outside arm relaxed down.
