Yoga Nidra

This is the Yoga of conscious sleep. The quality of our sleep is so essential. We want to have the highest quality sleep possible, and this can realized by utilizing the electromagnetic field of the tree. Begin in a reclined position, relatively close to the tree. Let go of everything you do not need in this moment. Bring all of your awareness to the breath. Take low and slow deep breaths from the belly. Close the eyes, and go within. Practice for several minutes, or even 30 minutes and beyond.

You can take this to higher levels. Taking naps next to a tree is the ideal place to take a nap, once again, because you are in the electromagnetic field of the tree. You can also sleep next to trees. I have a 10-foot tree in my bedroom that I sleep next to. The trunk of the tree is located right next to my head. This way, I sleep in positive energy. Camping is another way you can do this.
