and Meditations

This part of Tree Yoga School has many different poses, flows, and meditations you can practice. It is not an all-inclusive list. There are more poses being discovered, and you may even discover your own. The poses are listed in alphabetical order. They are not in order of difficulty or skill level. This section is meant to be used as a reference.

The section on flows shows you how to string the poses together. Do not feel the need to do every single pose in the exact order, and never feel like you need to do the whole thing to receive benefit. You get a lot from just a couple of minutes of Tree Yoga practice. Do parts of a flow, or do the whole thing. Eventually, you can create your own flows unique to your body, skill level, and intention. Finally, there is a section with several guided meditations.
