← Seven-day journey

Day 7 of 7 · 5–10 minutes

Make the practice your own.

Return to the pathway that suited you best. Finish the journey with a small, realistic invitation to begin again.

Take this at your own pace. Repeat a day, shorten the practice, or finish whenever you need to.

Before you begin

Choose your way to practice.

Choose a familiar, permitted setting. Use the preparation and seated, standing, or stationary options in your chosen lesson below. A shorter visit is welcome.

One familiar tree

Return to the same tree when convenient. An ordinary tree near home is enough; you do not need a champion tree or a special trip.

Adapt the visit

Shorten the practice or observe from a comfortable window viewpoint if an outdoor visit is not suitable today.

Today’s practice

Read once, then give it a try.

  1. Recall one moment

Think of something you noticed during these visits: a detail, a sound, a comfortable movement, or a pause along a path.

  2. Choose your pathway

Choose observation, meditation, gentle movement, or walking from the links below. One practice is enough; you do not need to combine them.

  3. Practice at your own pace

Repeat the lesson you chose, adapting its duration and position to today. Give yourself a few minutes with the tree.

  4. Choose a small return

Consider one place and an occasion when you might practice again. A few minutes near home can be a complete next visit.

Let this visit be enough.

Set the screen aside when you can. Keep your device available for access, navigation, or communication.

After your visit

Which practice would you like to return to, and what would make that return easy?

Reflect quietly or write a sentence in your own notebook. Nothing needs to be submitted.

A beginning you can return to

Choose your next encounter.

Repeat a favorite day, explore another Library practice, or plan a visit to a remarkable tree. You can keep this as simple as your first five minutes.
