Neck Circles

Begin about a foot away from the tree, with both hands planted directly on the trunk. Root down through the feet as you simultaneously lengthen up through the crown. Maintaining maximum length, start to make gentle circles with the neck. Gradually increase the range of motion as you continue to make circles. Move slowly, and relax the jaw. It is especially helpful to allow the mouth to open slightly. Practice in both directions — moving as mindfully as possible.
