Pull-Ups

You need a certain type of tree for this move. Find a tree that has strong horizontal branches. Do not use a branch that cannot support your weight. This can cause injury, as well as damage to the tree. Wrap the gymnastics rings around the branch so that they hang down, and adjust the height to give yourself enough space. Grab on to the rings, and lift the feet off the ground. On an exhalation, slowly pull yourself up towards the branch. On an inhalation, slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position. Practice for several rounds of breath, going through the full range of motion.
